I ate these yummy tortilla spring rolls in a restaurant and immediately fallen in love with them. Before eating these spring rolls I only knew about Chinese spring rolls which has also been my favorite. I like to serve them with marinara sauce or tomato ketchup. Sometimes I even serve them with spicy coriander chutney and trust me that is also an awesome combination.

I often use tortilla in my cooking as it is very versatile and flexible and you can make scrumptious snacks or breakfasts in no time. You can also check tortilla samosa, egg tortilla wrap, tortilla pakodaand tortilla soup in my blog. You can also make quesadilla, papdi chaat with tortilla.

    • Hi Ruchi, Thanks for trying my recipe and I so happy that your kids loved it. I also always try to add more veggies in my kids meal but the way they like. I always knead my chapati dough with some pureed veggies. And always buy pasta made with veggie puree. It’s win win for both of us.

  • Tried this recipe today and it came out too good. I must say the taste is very similar to the ones I enjoy at CPK. Thanks for this awesome recipe. One question — can this be made ahead of time n then heat and serve when guest come ? Will it stay crispy or will become soggy?

    • Hi Sejal, thanks for trying and liking my recipe. I suggest make stuffing ready ahead of time, just make wraps and bake them whenever you want to serve.

  • Hi, it looked like a good recipe, but unfortunately, the tortilla sticks to the teeth. When tortilla is baked for that long, the texture becomes chewy, and not in a good way… won’t be making them again 🙁
