Veg Manchurian Recipe | How To Make Juicy Vegetable Manchurian At Home

Veg Manchurian is a derived Indo- Chinese dish adopted to Indian taste. It goes well with fried rice, noodles or just by itself. This appetizer is full of veggies tossed in spicy sauces that give it strong taste and flavor. This recipe is simplified, can easily be made at home and is a perfect appetizer for a meet and greet with friends.

FUN FACT: – The first-ever Manchurian dish was made in 1975 in a Chinese restaurant in India. Though the dish included chicken it resembled the dishes from the Manchu cuisine.

This is a rare known fact that Manchurian and many other Indo-Chinese recipes are the creation of the Chinese community living in Kolkata for more than a century now. This Chinese style of cooking was given an Indian touch to meet the Indian pallet and to introduce more vegetarian options in the cuisine. I and my family love Indo-Chinese so much so that I have made many recipes in the same cuisine.

I have also posted other similar recipes that you may like to try chilli soya, hakka noodle and chilli potato. Follow the recipe step by step to make the perfect manchurian balls. So, lets dive into the recipe.
