2 Chutney Recipes – Raw Mango Chutney With Onion & Tomato Chutney | 2 Chatni Recipes

2 Chutney Recipes | Kachhe aam ki (raw mango) chutney & Tomato chutney

Chutney gives a nice spicy kick to our daily meals.  I love experimenting with various chutneys and have posted many of them. Here I am posting these two recipes of very spicy, tangy & chatpati chutneys made from Raw Mang0 (amiya), onion and tomato.

Raw Mango chutney is made with basic ingredients. I have used small but super tangy raw mango to give it the sour taste. Here adding onions are optional. I always use black salt with mint leaves as that adds an special taste to chutney. All you need to do is to put the ingredients in a grinder and make a coarse paste of it. Kachhe aam ke chutney (raw mango chatni) can be stored for 2-3 days when kept in fridge.

Taking about tomato chutney , it’s my family’s favorite. I often make it with omelet, pulao and pakoras. It is also super easy to make. Just make sure to grind everything coarse. Tomato chutney should be prepared and served fresh. It is not meant for storage.

These 2 chutney recipes can be made in a jiff and do not require much preparation. You can serve these chutneys with roti, rice, parathas or snacks. I have posted many recipes with which these chutneys will be a super hit combination like Atte Ka Cheela, Bread Pizza Pockets, Suji Cutlets and many more. Try these dishes with this recipe of Onion Mango Chutney and Tomato Chutney.
