Paneer Aloo Tikki Recipe | Paneer Aloo Cutlets | Super tasty crisp Paneer Aloo Cutlets snack is a go-to dish whenever I am looking for something quick and easy to make for guests.

Paneer Aloo Cutlet is a snack made with paneer, potato, some vegetables and a blend of Indian spices. For this snack, you can find most of the ingredients easily available at home. I love making recipes with paneer as you can play a lot with this ingredient. Aloo Paneer Cutlet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Potato boiled & grated
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1.5 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ cup Poha (flatten rice or chivda) washed & soaked
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves fine chopped
  • ½ cup Paneer grated
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt
  • Woods Premium Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add potato, corn flour, dry mango powder, white sesame seeds, poha, coriander leaves, paneer, red chili flakes, cumin seeds and salt.
  • Knead to make a dough and then grease your hands with woods premium cold pressed sunflower oil.
  • Make small flat tikki and smooth it out from sides.
  • Grease your palm again, smoothed the cutlets and then stick half cashew in the center.
  • Heat a pan and then add oil in it, heat it a bit and then drop the tikki in it.
  • Splatter some oil and then fry till crisp and golden brown.
