Aloo Chaat Recipe | Chatpati Street Style Aloo Chat | Potato Chaat

Aloo Chaat Recipe | Chatpati Street Style Potato Chat | What is the first thing that comes into your mind when someone says chaat? For me, it is the crispy, juicy, tangy mix of taste that a chaat carries. This chaat is no different. Spicy, tangy and street style aloo chaat is loved by all. Aloo chaat is one such recipe that brings back my childhood memories. I remember, during summer season we used to have aloo chaat from a hawker that used to visit our neighborhood in the afternoons.

Potato is one such ingredient that is mostly available at home and is used in many recipes. I have also posted many other recipes made from potatoes like Potato Wedges, Aloo Kurkure, Potato Lollipop and many more. In this recipe, I tried to bring out the taste similar to the street hawkers. You can serve this chaat as snack or even as a starter in pot lucks or parties.

I have also posted other chaat recipes like Papadi Chaat, Chana Chaat, Bread Kachori Chaat and many more. Check them out as well.
