Corn Dosa Recipe | Makke ka Dosa | Corn Dosai
Dosa is one of my favorite breakfasts as it is quick and easy to make and I can also make it in many varieties. There are many ways to make it apart from the most common method of making it with rice and urad dal, ground and fermented overnight. In this dosa recipe I am going to use corn to give it a special taste. You can make this crispy corn dosa instantly with not much preparations needed upfront.

Corn Dosa Recipe | Makke ka Dosa | Corn Dosai
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Corn fresh or frozen
- ½ inch Ginger
- 8-10 Garlic Clove
- 1-2 Green Chilli
- 1 Onion
- Water
- ¼ cup Rice soaked in water for 3-4 hours
- ½ cup Moong Dal soaked in water for 3-4 hours
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Paneer
- Coriander Leave
Instructions
- In a grinder add corn, ginger, garlic clove, onion, water and grind to make a paste.
- Next add rice, moong dal, coriander leaves and grind to make a paste.
- Next add salt, water and adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Take a dosa pan and pre-season it using iron pan for clarity check the video.
- Whip it with some water and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it with gentle hands.
- Increase the flame to medium and let it cook a bit.
- Once it is cooked a bit add butter on top and then cook till little brown spots appears.
- Great some paneer, coriander leaves and let it cook a bit.
- Once cooked serve it with your disired chutney.
