Ingredients
  

Cauliflower

  • Cauliflower washed and cut into small pieces
  • Salt

Batter

  • 3 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Water

Cauliflower Manchurian

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 inch Ginger fine chopped
  • 8-10 Garlic Clove fine chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli fine chopped
  • 1 Onion fine chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Spring Onion fine chopped
  • ¼ cup Water
  • Cornflour Slurry 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

Cauliflower

  • In a bowl add cauliflower, salt and mix well.

Batter

  • In a bowl add rice flour, all-purpose flour, corn flour, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  • Next add little water at a time and make a smooth batter.

Frying Cauliflower

  • Dip washed cauliflower in the batter and coat well.
  • Now in a pan add oil and then drop the cauliflower florets in it.
  • Fry till crisp and golden brown from all the sides.
  • Drop the fried cauliflowers on tissue to remove excess oil.

Gobi Manchurian

  • In a wok add oil next add ginger, garlic, chilli, mix well and saute it a bit.
  • Next add onion and saute it till its pink.
  • Now add red chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  • Next add kashmiri red chilli powder, spring onion, water, mix well and bring it to a boil.
  • Once there comes a boil, add cornflour slurry and then increase the flame on full.
  • Once boiling turn off the heat add fried cauliflower, spring onion and mix well.
