Atta Ka Sheera | Healthy Sheera Recipe
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Jaggery grated
- ½ cup Ghee
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- Add 1 cup water to a pan, add 1 cup of jaggery, and stir until the jaggery is completely dissolved.
- Keep it aside once it has been dissolved.
- Melt 1/2 cup of ghee in a fresh pan.
- 1 cup whole grain flour Keep the flame at a medium level and roast for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Filter the jaggery water now, then gradually stir it into the mixture.
- Remember to add the jaggery water slowly because it contains impurities.
- Turn off the flame after another 2 to 3 minutes of cooking.
- Add some chopped nuts as a finishing touch and final ingredient.
