- 1 tablespoon red chili sauce

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
For Veg Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup chopped beans
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup paneer (cubed) or tofu
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon green chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornflour mixed with ½ cup water (cornflour slurry)
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
For Fried Rice:
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped onions and cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced carrots, beans, and bell peppers. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and mix well. Cook for an additional minute.
- Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, and red chili sauce. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan. Stir to combine, making sure the rice is well-coated with the sauces.

- Season with black pepper powder, salt, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
