  • 2-3 boiled potatoes grated
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic grated
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger grated
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds dhania
  • 1/4 cup grated process cheese or paneer as an alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil for mixing
  • Extra oil for cooking

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour.
  • Add the grated boiled potatoes to the flour.
  • Mix in the grated ginger, garlic, and finely chopped green chilies.
  • Add the finely chopped onion, red chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, and Italian seasoning (if using).
  • Stir in the grated process cheese or paneer and season with salt.
