  • Eno Fruit Salt: 1/2 teaspoon or Baking Soda: 1/2 teaspoon with a few drops of lemon juice
  • Oil or Butter: For cooking
  • Pizza Sauce: Optional for topping
  • Toppings: Bell peppers corn, tomatoes, basil leaves, cheese, chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare Bread:

  • Cut leftover bread slices into small, bite-sized pieces. You can use a knife, scissors, or a pizza cutter.

Make the Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of semolina, and 1/2 cup of yogurt.

Cook the Dish:
