Make Sugar Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and ¾ cup of sugar.
- Heat over low flame, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture thickens slightly into a syrup.
- Once the sugar syrup reaches a thick consistency, remove it from the heat.
- Add the roasted peanuts and roasted coconut to the syrup.
- Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly with the syrup.
Set and Cool:
- Pour the mixture onto a greased plate or tray.
- Flatten the mixture using a spatula or the back of a spoon to an even thickness.
