Add garlic cloves, red chilli flakes, Italian herbs, salt and crush in a mortar.
Add in butter and mix it well to make garlic butter.
Cut pav vertically/sideways.
Add garlic butter on one side of the bread and keep it aside.
Heat a non-stick pan on low flame.
Put the garlic bread down butter side first and let it cook for a few minutes.
Flip the bread and add in grated Mozzarella Cheese.
Cover and cook till the cheese melts.
Garnish with herbs and chilli flakes.
