Veg Pasta Soup

  • 2 cup Vegetable Stock
  • cup Water
  • ¼ cup Elbow Pasta
  • ¼ cup Carrot chopped
  • ¼ cup Broccoli chopped
  • ¼ cup Mushroom chopped
  • ¼ cup Celery
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp Soya Sauce
  • ¼ cup Tofu diced


  • In a medium high pan add 2 cups of vegetable stock or chicken stock. Add water to it and add elbow pasta or macaroni.
  • Let the pasta cook for 6-7 minutes then add chopped veggies and parsley. Let the veggies and pasta cook in stock for 7-8 minutes.
  • After 7-8 minutes add ½ tsp of soya sauce and let everything cook for 2 more minutes. After two minutes switch off the heat. Vegetable pasta soup is ready to serve.
  • Garnish it with chilly flakes(optional).
