In a pan add in cumin seeds and let on roast on low flame for a few minutes.
After cumin is roasted add milk, red chilli flakes, crushed black pepper, onion, rava/suji, paneer, coriander leaves, salt, oil and mix well.
Cook till the batter gains consistence of a dough. Once mixture leaves sides on the pan means it is cooked.
Now remove the mixture on a greased steel plate. After taking the dough out on a greased plate, spread the dough on the plate with a spatula while keeping the shape as square.
Now let it cool down completely. After cooling down cut square pieces of it and keep it aside.
