In a pan add cumin seeds, keep the flame on low and roast for a while.
After aroma starts to come add in water.
Increase the flame to medium and boil till water reduce to half.
Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.
Filter jeera water in a container and add the remaining jeera in a grinder.
Add little jeera water in it and grind to make fine paste of it.
Add jeera paste to jeera water, mix well and store in clean, glass bottle for 2 weeks.
