Instructions
In a bowl add onion, capsicum, carrot, pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and salt.
Now add ketchup/pizza sauce and mix well.
On one bread slice add chilli sauce, put generous amount of stuffing and add cubed cheese on it.
Cover and press gently.
To cook the sandwich heat pan on medium flame.
Apply some ghee/butter on pan, place the sandwich on it and press gently.
Cover and cook on both side till crisp and cheese melts.
