In a bowl add wheat flour, suji, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Now add oil in it, mix well.
Next add little water at a time and knead a smooth dough.
Apply little oil on dough, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add mashed potato, chilli & ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, green peas, salt and mix well.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, make dough ball of it and roll into a thin big circle.
Spread a thin layer of masala over it.
After spreading masala roll the dough from the side and pinch at the end.
Now cut the log into 1/2 inch pieces and then press gently in between palms.
To cook atta pinwheel in a pan add oil and once oil is little hot add pinwheels in it.
Flip and cook till crisp.
