Dahi Phulki

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • Green Chilli fine chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves fine chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda
  • Water
  • 500 gm Curd
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • ½ tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • ½ tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Garlic Clove grated, optional
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • Curry Leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add gram flour, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt and mix well.
  • Slowly add little water at a time and make a pakoda consistency batter.
  • Once batter is ready let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes whip batter again for 2-3 minutes.
  • To check if batter is ready then in a small bowl add water put a small drop of batter in it if it floats then your batter is ready.
  • Now add baking soda and mix well again.
  • Now in a pan heat oil and drop phulkis in it.
  • Cook the phulki will crisp from all sides.
  • In a bowl add curd and whisk till smooth.
  • Now add chilli flakes, black salt, sugar, cumin powder, garlic, salt and mix well.
  • Now add water and make the curd thin.
  • Now add the hot phulki in curd mix and let it soak for 1-2 hours.
  • Now to make tadka in a pan add oil, next add asafoetida, cumin seeds and turn off the heat.
  • Next add dry red chillies, mix and then add curry leaves.
