Cut potato into 4 halves.
In shallow pan heat oil a bit and then drop the potatoes in it.
Keep the flame on medium high and cook potatoes for a while.
After a while flip the potatoes and continue to cook them from both the sides.
Once potatoes are golden brown transfer them into a bowl.
Next add onion, tomatoes, green chili, ginger, kashmiri red chili powder, green chutney, tomato ketchup.
Next add chaat masala, black salt, namkeen sev, roasted peanuts and lemon juice.
Mix everything and garnish with fine chopped coriander leaves.
