Aloo Chaat

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Potato boiled, peeled & cooled
  • Oil
  • ½ cup Onion fine chopped
  • 1 Tomato fine chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli fine chopped
  • 1 Ginger fine chopped
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • Green Chutney any green chutney of your choice
  • 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Black Salt
  • Namkeen Sev
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Coriander Leaves fine chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut potato into 4 halves.
  • In shallow pan heat oil a bit and then drop the potatoes in it.
  • Keep the flame on medium high and cook potatoes for a while.
  • After a while flip the potatoes and continue to cook them from both the sides.
  • Once potatoes are golden brown transfer them into a bowl.
  • Next add onion, tomatoes, green chili, ginger, kashmiri red chili powder, green chutney, tomato ketchup.
  • Next add chaat masala, black salt, namkeen sev, roasted peanuts and lemon juice.
  • Mix everything and garnish with fine chopped coriander leaves.
