In a bowl add suji, all-purpose flour, salt and mix well.
Make a small gap in center and add oil, water, mix well and knead a smooth dough.
Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, transfer dough on a rolling board.
Divide it into 2-3 parts and make smooth balls of it.
Dust the dough ball with flour and roll it into a thin circle.
Sprinkle some dry flour on it and start making fold horizontally.
Make 5-6 horizontal fold of it and cut the roll into thin strips.
Open the stripes and keep it aside.
To cook pasta in a pan boil water, add salt and pasta.
Mix gently and cook for 3-4 minutes.
After 4 minutes turn off the heat, drain the water and keep some water aside for later use.
