Aloo Chutney Sandwich

Ingredients
  

Stuffing

  • Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup Potato mashed & boiled
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Green Chutney

Sandwich

  • 2 slices Bread
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Tomato slices
  • Cucumber slices
  • Onion slices
  • Cucumber slices

Instructions
 

Stuffing

  • In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Next add potato, coriander powder, press and mix everything well.
  • Once everything is cooked properly add green chutney and mix again.

Sandwich

  • Take two slices of bread, apply butter on it.
  • Next add onion rings, capsicum rings, tomato slice, cucumber slices and sprinkle some salt on it.
  • Next apply a thin layer of stuffing and then stick both of the slices together and press gently.
  • On a pan spread some butter and heat on low flame.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds, place sandwich on top cover with a plate and keep little weight on top of it.
  • After a while apply butter on top and then sprinkle sesame seeds and flip it.
  • Cover and cook again till crisp from both the sides.
