Instructions
Stuffing
In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and mix well.
Next add potato, coriander powder, press and mix everything well.
Once everything is cooked properly add green chutney and mix again.
Sandwich
Take two slices of bread, apply butter on it.
Next add onion rings, capsicum rings, tomato slice, cucumber slices and sprinkle some salt on it.
Next apply a thin layer of stuffing and then stick both of the slices together and press gently.
On a pan spread some butter and heat on low flame.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds, place sandwich on top cover with a plate and keep little weight on top of it.
After a while apply butter on top and then sprinkle sesame seeds and flip it.
Cover and cook again till crisp from both the sides.
