Moong Dal Batter

soaked overnight or 3-4 hours

Stuffing

Paneer

Instructions
Moong Dal Batter
In a grinder add moong dal, ginger, chilli, little water and grind to make a paste.
Next add dal and whip for 2 minutes.
Now add eno powder and mix well quickly.
Stuffing
In a bowl add all the stuffing ingredients and mix well till everything binds well together.
Moong Dal Sandwich
Grease sandwich toaster with oil.
Appy a thin layer of batter on one side and then add a generous amount of stuffing in it.
Next apply a thin layer on top of the stuffing cover and cook for 2-3 minutes from each side on lowest flame.
Next turn off the heat and serve it.
