Moong Dal Sandwich

Ingredients
  

Moong Dal Batter

  • ¾ cup Yellow Moong Dal soaked overnight or 3-4 hours
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 1-2 Green Chilli
  • Water
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp Eno Fruit Salt/ Baking Soda

Stuffing

  • ½ cup Paneer grated
  • ¼ cup Onion fine chopped
  • ¼ cup Tomato fine chopped & deseeded
  • ¼ cup Frozen Corn
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves fine chopped
  • 2 Green Chilli fine chopped
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

Moong Dal Batter

  • In a grinder add moong dal, ginger, chilli, little water and grind to make a paste.
  • Next add dal and whip for 2 minutes.
  • Now add eno powder and mix well quickly.

Stuffing

  • In a bowl add all the stuffing ingredients and mix well till everything binds well together.

Moong Dal Sandwich

  • Grease sandwich toaster with oil.
  • Appy a thin layer of batter on one side and then add a generous amount of stuffing in it.
  • Next apply a thin layer on top of the stuffing cover and cook for 2-3 minutes from each side on lowest flame.
  • Next turn off the heat and serve it.
