Makki Ka Paratha

  • 2 Potato finely grated
  • 1 cup Corn Flour
  • ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ajwin
  • 1 tsp Ginger crushed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves fine chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • Salt according to taste
  • Water
  • Oil

Onion Chutney

  • 2 Onion roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 7-8 Garlic Clove
  • 3 Dry Red Chillies


Makki Ka Paratha

  • In a bowl add potato, corn flour, whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, ajwin, ginger, coriander leaves, coriander powder, chilli flakes, salt and mix well.
  • Add little water to make a semi-hard dough.
  • Grease hands with oil and grease dough with oil.
  • Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, make a small dough ball and dust it with dry flour.
  • Roll gently and then take a round box and cut to make an even circle.
  • Heat a pan, put paratha on it and let it cook a bit.
  • Next flip, add some oil, flip and repeat the same.
  • Cook till crisp and serve it hot.

Onion Chutney

  • In a grinder add all the chutney ingredients and grind to make a coarse chutney.
