In a bowl add potato, corn flour, whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, ajwin, ginger, coriander leaves, coriander powder, chilli flakes, salt and mix well.
Add little water to make a semi-hard dough.
Grease hands with oil and grease dough with oil.
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, make a small dough ball and dust it with dry flour.
Roll gently and then take a round box and cut to make an even circle.
Heat a pan, put paratha on it and let it cook a bit.
Next flip, add some oil, flip and repeat the same.
Cook till crisp and serve it hot.
