Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potato boiled, medium size
  • ¼ cup Tomato fine chopped
  • ½ cup Oinion fine chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves fine chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli fine chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt
  • ½ cup Gram Flour
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 4-5 Bread Slices
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • For making aloo mixture take a mixing bowl. Break boiled potatoes in small pieces.
  • Add onions, tomatoes, green peas, green chilly, coriander leavesamchur powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix everything well and keep it aside.
  • Now in gram flour add carom seeds, turmeric and chilly powder and salt. Mix well and add some water to make batter.
  • Now take a bread slice and apply a layer of potato mixture. Now top it with gram flour batter.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in non stick pan.Put this toast besan side down. Gently press it with spatuala and let it cook for some time on medium heat.
  • Turn it over and cook it from other side too. Flip it couple of times till toast it fully cooked from other side. Besan bread toast is ready.Garnish with fine chopped tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves.
