Grind cumin and pepper corns to coarse powder.
Now in a bowl add rava, cumin & pepper mix, curd, coconut, onion, coriander leaves, ginger, chili, curry leaves, salt and mix well.
Next add water and make a thick batter off it.
Cover and keep them aside for fifteen minutes.
After fifteen minutes mix baking soda to suji batter and mix well.
Now wet your hands with water and give shape to your vadas.
Deep fry them in medium hot oil till they become golden brown and crisp.
