Shilpi’s Quick Tricks
  1. Usually, soya sauce isn’t used in Manchurian balls but adding it will enhance the flavour.
  2. If you don’t have rice flour then use all-purpose flour.
  3. Rice flour gives the crisp to the Manchurian balls.
  4. Make mixture only when you want to make Manchurian balls or else you will have to use a lot of rice or corn flour which will change its original taste.
  5. If you want to have non-fried then you can make it in appe pan.
