Place a wire stand on stove and place a raw mango on it.
Roast it well while turning it around after a while.
When mango is half cooked add garlic and chillies on it.
Flip the chillies quickly to avoid the chillies from burring.
Char mango, chillies and garlic from all the sides well.
Remove the chillies and cook mango and garlic for a while again.
Once charred from all the sides remove mango, garlic and let it cool down a little.
Once cooled remove the peel from mango, garlic and chillies.
Next remove the stem from chills and keep it aside.
Now add garlic, chillies and chopped roasted mango.
Next add black salt, cumin powder, salt and crush everything coarsely.
Next add coriander leaves, mint leaves and crush everything well.
