Instructions
Chutney
In a grinder add tomatoes, garlic cloves, green chili, coriander leaves and salt.
Grind to make a coarse paste.
Dough
In a bowl add rice flours, mashed riced, salt, baking soda, turmeric powder and mix well.
After mixing add little water and knead to make a smooth dough of it.
Now apply a thin layer of oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Chawal Ke Fare
Make small dough balls from the dough.
Take one dough ball and roll them to make a thin log of it. Repeat it with all the dough.
In a pan add water, garlic cloves and let it boil.
Next add salt, drop the fare in it and add oil on top of it.
Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium high flame.
After 5 minutes check it once and the cover and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
After 3 minutes remove it and let it cool down.
Tadka
Heat a pan with some oil and add dry red chillies, cumin seeds, sesame seeds.
Mix well on medium high flame and once seeds start to crackle add curry leaves.
Next add fare in it and mix well.
