Instructions
In a pan dry roast cumin seeds on a low heat and keep stirring to avoid burning.
Once cumin is crisp add black pepper corn and roast for a while.
After roasting transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down completely.
In the same pan add mint leaves and dry roast on a low flame till crisp.
Once leaves are crisp turn off the heat but keep stirring the leaves in it.
To make chaat masala add all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to make a fine powder.
After grinding take a sieve and sieve masala through it.
