Homemade Pasta Recipe | White Sauce Vegetable Pasta | Creamy, cheesy and melt-in-mouth homemade Pasta with vegetable sauce.

This pasta made in white vegetable sauce, is a super easy recipe and I am sure once you make, it will become your most favorite pasta recipe ever that you can make from scratch. I like to make this pasta at home as it gets cooked within 3-4 minutes and assures me of the quality.

Vegetable Sauce and Homemade Pasta

Ingredients
  

Homemade Pasta

  • ½ cup Suji powdered
  • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Water

Vegetable Sauce

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Garlic Cloves fine chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ cup Onion sliced
  • Mushroom chopped
  • Carrot boiled & chopped
  • Beans boiled & chopped
  • Capsicum chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Cheese Slice

Instructions
 

Homemade Pasta

  • In a bowl add suji, all-purpose flour, salt and mix well.
  • Make a small gap in center and add oil, water, mix well and knead a smooth dough.
  • Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, transfer dough on a rolling board.
  • Divide it into 2-3 parts and make smooth balls of it.
  • Dust the dough ball with flour and roll it into a thin circle.
  • Sprinkle some dry flour on it and start making fold horizontally.
  • Make 5-6 horizontal fold of it and cut the roll into thin strips.
  • Open the stripes and keep it aside.
  • To cook pasta in a pan boil water, add salt and pasta.
  • Mix gently and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 4 minutes turn off the heat, drain the water and keep some water aside for later use.

Vegetable Sauce

  • In a pan add oil, butter and let butter melt completely.
  • Add garlic and mix it. Next add Italian herbs, chili flakes and mix well.
  • Now add onion, mushrooms, carrots,beans, capsicum, salt.
  • Mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add all-purpose flour and let it roast.
  • After roasting add milk, a little at a time and keep mixing.
  • Once milk starts to boil add cheese and let it melt.

Vegetable Sauce in Homemade Pasta

  • In a plate add vegetable sauce and then add pasta on top of it.
