Besan Ka Halwa | Besan Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
  

Halwa

  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • ¼ cup Suji
  • ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
  • Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • ¾ cup Hot Water

Tadka

  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • Chopped Nuts

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan add ghee, gram flour, suji and roast on medium-low flame for 10-15 minutes.
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • After 10-15 minutes add little cardamom powder and mix again.
  • Now add sugar and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • After 6 minutes add milk and roast for few more minutes.
  • Now add water and give a good mix.
  • Cook till halwa releases ghee and leaves sides.
  • Add chopped nuts and mix again.
